Business Manager

Prestigious Business Management Firm located in Los Angeles seeking a Business Manager to join their elite team of professionals. The firm represents high-net-worth individuals and executives with incredible benefits, a flexible hybrid role, and a competitive salary based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the business management department.
• Direct communication with clients.
• Review invoices, including wires, transfers, etc.
• Regular communication with staff updates, questions, concerns, etc., including mentoring.
• Review financial statements, including cash flows and other projects.
• Ensure timeliness and effective communication for meeting proper deadlines and deliverables.
• Participate in staff meetings and reviews.
• Manage multiple client engagements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA and EA a plus, but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in entertainment business management, managing high-net-worth individuals and entertainers.
• Extremely detail-oriented to create accurate and timely reports.
• Experience with Datafaction software (AgilLink or QuickBooks is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (DOE)
