Tax Senior or Manager

We are looking for a Tax Senior or Tax Manager to join our Business Tax Services team. This role will work directly with privately held companies, partnerships, and S Corporations across a variety of industries to deliver proactive, strategic tax planning and compliance services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or review federal, state, and local tax returns for business entities (primarily S corporations and partnerships).
• Assist clients with complex tax planning strategies, including entity structuring, ownership transitions, and multi-state considerations.
• Manage tax compliance engagements from start to finish, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
• Research complex tax issues and prepare memoranda or reports with recommendations.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and senior accountants.
• Collaborate closely with partners and other departments to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax law changes and best practices affecting business clients.

Requirements:

• CPA license or in progress (required for Manager level).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
• 3+ years (Senior) / 6+ years (Manager) of public accounting tax experience, primarily with business entities.
• Strong understanding of pass-through taxation, basis calculations, and business tax planning strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: $73,000 – $102,500
