Required Skills

The Staff Accountant will play a key role in supporting the Finance team through accurate execution of core accounting functions, financial compliance, and reporting. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger entries, payroll processing, accounts payable, 401(k) reporting, and banking transactions using NetSuite, Stampli, and related platforms.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting packages.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies through accurate records, reconciliations, and documentation.
  • Prepare accruals, reconcile use taxes, and assist with federal, state, and local compliance filings.
