This is a firm where legacy business management meets forward-thinking infrastructure—and it shows.

The Role

The Tax Administrator is a key support role within the tax department, responsible for coordinating the logistics that keep complex, high-volume tax operations running smoothly. From organizing client documentation to managing e-filings and tracking deadlines, this role ensures tax professionals can focus on preparation and strategy. • Support the resolution of tax notices and assist with correspondence as needed
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to tax managers and partners

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in tax administration or accounting administration at a CPA or Business Management Firm
  • Familiarity with individual and entity tax filings, particularly for high-net-worth clients
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing time-sensitive workflows across departments
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable; experience with AgilLink or similar systems is a plus
  • Thrives in a behind-the-scenes support role with a strong sense of accountability
  • Prior experience in entertainment business management is a bonus, but not required
