With keen insight into firm structure, industry demand, and the variety of firm cultures and attributes that comprise the market, Sharon brings to her role experience at both a Big 4 Firm and a business management practice.

Sharon is an active advocate for her clients, bringing intention and focus to each of her engagements. Whether facilitating a strategic hire or shepherding a candidate through the interview process and offer negotiation, her greatest satisfaction comes from her clients’ success knowing that a strong placement can impact a firm’s trajectory and the course of an individual’s career. “I love recruiting because I want others to enjoy their work. I know what it’s like to be in a less than ideal situation and how much outcomes improve for all parties when a successful placement is made,” says Sharon.

When not working with clients, Sharon spends her time with her three children, at the crafting table, or enjoying some much-needed rest.
