What You’ll Do:

• Review and oversee complex tax returns for UHNW individuals, trusts, gifts, foundations, and private businesses
• Strategize proactively with clients who value privacy, sophistication, and direct guidance
• Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team of young professionals (almost all CPAs)
• Step into direct succession planning for Partner-track leadership
• Cultivate long-term client relationships rooted in excellence and trust
• Work in a culture that respects your time, feeds you during busy season, and means it when we say: leave when the work’s done

 

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• You’re a CPA (non-negotiable; even our juniors are)
• You bring 6–8+ years of experience in public accounting, ideally with one firm
• You’ve worked with high-net-worth clients and know what it means to earn trust
• You’re curious, confidential, and consistent
• You’re based near a BART line (no San Jose, Palo Alto, or South Bay, please)
• You’re not at the end of your career, you’re building momentum
• You want Partnership and you’re ready to grow toward it
