We are partnering with a prestigious, 100+ year-old, independently owned CPA firm in Chicago to offer a rare Direct-Admission Partner opportunity within their High Net Worth (HNW) Tax Group. This is a chance to step into an established leadership role and build on the firm’s legacy of organic growth and excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a 30-person HNW tax team, inheriting and managing an impressive $3-5M book of high-net-worth and family office clients.
• Oversee a team that generates ~$25M in annual revenue, with a focus on strategy, planning, and leadership—light on compliance work.
• Focus on nourishing and expanding an extensive network and leveraging existing relationships to grow the practice further.
• Actively participate in high-level tax planning, continuing the team’s strong technical work in income tax while helping to develop the estate and gift planning side.
