This hybrid role is ideal for a professional with a strong public accounting background who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities, manage client engagements, and mentor audit staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage audit and review engagements across multiple industries
• Supervise teams and delegate audit tasks efficiently to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and identify opportunities for expanded services
• Review internal controls and develop effective audit strategies
• Conduct technical research and resolve complex accounting and audit issues
• Review financial statements, workpapers, and audit deliverables
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for staff and seniors
• Maintain strong communication across internal teams and client stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA license (required)
• 5+ years of public accounting experience, preferably at a regional or local firm
• Strong industry experience in at least two of the following: Manufacturing, Distribution, Technology, Staffing, or Professional Services
• Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven leadership in team and client development
• Familiarity with ProSystems Engagement is a plus

Salary: $125,000 – $140,000
