Assistant Bookkeeper (Entry-Level)

Prestigious Entertainment Business Management firms in the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley area seek Assistant Bookkeepers to assist high-net-worth individuals and executives. Please note that these are full-time in-office positions with competitive salaries, incredible benefits, and growth opportunities in the entertainment accounting field! NO hybrid or remote schedules due to the hands-on training involved.

If you are motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn professional, this is an incredible opportunity to work with entertainers, musicians, TV, and Film and learn more about taxation!

Responsibilities:

• Training and learning the related accounting software.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Learning general ledgers and coding.
• Preparing financial statements.
• Assist with bank reconciliations.
• Other tasks provided.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting.
• Motivated, strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• This individual must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $25/hour
