Tour Accountant

A boutique business management firm in Sherman Oaks is looking for Tour Accountant to join its team. The firm primarily supports entertainment clients and is actively growing its touring practice with a focus on touring musicians and comedians.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for touring clients
• Create and manage tour budgets and track expenses in real time
• Review and process show settlements and reconcile with promoters
• Record income and expenses throughout the tour lifecycle
• Prepare final tour books and financial summaries post-tour
• Work closely with tour managers, promoters, and internal business managers
• Use tools like AgilLink (experience preferred) to manage client accounts

The Setup:

• Full-time role based in Sherman Oaks
• In-office Monday through Friday for the first year
• After year one, shifts to hybrid
• Collaborative, team-oriented environment

What You Bring:

• Tour accounting experience is a must
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience with AgilLink is a plus
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working with artists and their teams
