Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax compliance and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and S corporations.
• Conduct in-depth reviews of complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and strategy alignment.
• Provide proactive tax planning advice and communicate directly with clients on financial and compliance matters.
• Partner closely with team members to uphold high service standards and foster a collaborative work culture.
• Mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and promoting technical development.
• Remain current on changes to federal and state tax laws and apply them effectively to client situations.

Qualifications

• CPA license is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of public accounting experience, ideally in a small to mid-sized CPA firm environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in individual and pass-through entity taxation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Prior experience in advisory work is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
