Deanna Gutierrez

Director of Operations

Pursuing her natural acuity toward people and relationships, Deanna joined PFS in 2016 as a recruiter. She was quickly able to adapt her experience in the customer service and entertainment industries to reify client missions and goals. However, Deanna quickly found that the rapport she was creating within and among her team was becoming what most gratified and motivated her. Driven by a pursuit of excellence, she took on a support role in addition to her work as a recruiter. Over the last three years, she has transitioned entirely to internal client service as Director of Operations supporting the organization as it establishes a national presence.

Today, Deanna excels at providing internal solutions and resources for productivity and enhanced client experience. From inception to execution, Deanna is responsible for internal training and education, human resources, accounts receivable, spearheading special projects, and also serves as the Team Culture Ambassador sustaining PFS’ values of teamwork, transparency, and training.

A graduate of California State University, Long Beach, Deanna is a serious health enthusiast. A former CrossFit coach and competitive weightlifter, she is always seeking her next outdoor adventure with her husband José, 1-year-old son Marvin, and their Miniature Schnauzer, Hubert.
