Rae comes to Premier Financial Search with over two decades of human resource management experience in various industries, including accounting, banking, estate management, and private aviation. Rae possesses a wealth of industry knowledge, including extensive recruiting experience in each position she has held over the years. Rae excels at bringing people together by utilizing her excellent networking skills to match the best people to the right career opportunities.

Rae joined PFS to focus full-time on her passion for recruiting and to assist people with finding their next career adventure. Her ultimate goal is to be an advisor to clients and offer an exceptional recruiting experience that differentiates itself from others within the industry. Her motto is, “Do the right thing even when no one is watching.”

Rae lives in Texas with her husband. Together, they volunteer with an organization in Colorado providing service dogs to veterans and kids with disabilities. The Wheelers identify puppies with the traits needed for service. They foster the puppies for a period of time and then transport them to the veteran or child in Colorado.

Rae enjoys cycling, hiking, traveling, quilting, and binge-watching TV series so she doesn’t have to wait a week between episodes.
