Full Charge Accountant
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Responsible for daily financial operations (invoicing, payables, payroll).
- Financial Budget Maintenance.
- Review coding of monthly expense entries and verify to proper general ledger accounts.
- Monthly consolidated interim financial statements.
- Monthly financial variance reports and distribute to departments.
- Preparation of monthly corporate reporting packages.
- Input of quarterly corporate IFRS packages.
- Preparation of ad hoc special management reporting.
- Preparation of the annual operational budget and interim forecasts.
- Daily Management of annual financial audit and internal audit procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in public financial reporting disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting systems.
- Strong knowledge of general entry accounting, experience in international financial standards a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Ability to manage deadlines.
- Accurate recordkeeping.
- Work efficiently and ethically.
Salary & Location: Long Beach - 55,000 to 70,000
